* The admission to these courses is done strictly on the basis of eligibility condition decided by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Directorate, Technical Education, Haryana.
* The Institute provides various facilities to students like hostel, transportation, mess, sports, generator, water coolers, security, canteen, book shop etc. Tuition fee, Development & other charges are decided by the state fee committee. However Institute charges Rs. 6000/Semester for the bus facility and Rs. 28000/year for hostel which includes room rent, mess charges, electricity, water, generator, water coolers, etc.
* The application for admission will be dealt as per guidelines by State Government / Kurukshetra University / AICTE.
* Instructions on registration are available in college brochure, in various advertisements and college notice boards.
* The orientation program for newly admitted students is arranged on the opening day of the Institute for fresh students.

Teaching, Learning and Academic Guidance
* The information about the program of study and availability of courses, method and time of assessment will be provided to students in the form of Institute’s brochure. The contents of the various courses and program of study is available in college library and is displayed on college notice board from time to time.
* In case of any change in the course content or any module by the affiliating university, the change is communicated to students by displaying it on the college notice board in advance and is also hosted on the college website.
* The teaching in the various courses is done as per the schedule of the courses, lectures and laboratory sessions approved and notified by Kurukshetra University. The hard copy of the time table is displayed before the start of session on notice board.
* The Institute library is computerised and all the information about the books, journals ( National / International ) and e-books are available. The access to all the online IEEE journals is also available.
Tutorial Support
The names of the personal tutors / counselors will be informed to all the students at the time of start of the semester.
A) A faculty member who is not teaching that particular class shall be appointed group counsellor or a group of 15 students. The group counsellor will discuss academic, personal and all other problems of his group of students.
B) Group Counsellors are advised to hold frequent meetings at least once a month with their groups.
C) A senior faculty member shall be appointed by competent authority as Dean Students Welfare (DSW). All counsellors will work under the directions of Dean Students Welfare. DSW will look after the welfare activities of the students.
The personal counselor and Dean-student-welfare is advised to treat the information or problem of the student confidential, if so desired by concerned student ( except under special circumstances ).
Faculty members prepare the handouts and tutorial sheets for the various subjects and evaluate the academic progress through various class tests and feedback.

Students’ Academic Representation & Evaluation
The committees consisting of personal counselors / Head of departments / Dean-student-welfare and one representative of students from every section class wise will constitute faculty student committee. The meetings of these committees will be arranged as per required from time to time.
The computerised feedback system is setup to evaluate the teaching process for the welfare of students. Based upon the feedback the college authority takes the corrective measures.
